The Role of Technical Expertise in Healthcare Delivery
We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to support the delivery of medical devices and systems. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our equipment operates optimally, meeting the needs of our customers in the healthcare sector.
Your expertise will be utilized to provide hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for our medical devices and systems. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues, thereby maintaining optimal system functionality.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be required to provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment. This will involve developing documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support our customers in their use of our products.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities comply with relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Your ability to deliver clear and concise technical training and support materials will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in medical devices, biomedical engineering, or related industry
- Experience working with emergency medical devices, clinical systems, or similar technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose, repair, and optimize systems and devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams
