Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair dental equipment on-site and in-house.
  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clients.
  • This role involves collaborating with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair dental equipment on-site and in-house.
  2. Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clients.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
  4. Manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM system.
  5. Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards.
  6. Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair.
  • Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential.
  • Radiation Safety Licence – advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role.
  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding role.
