Frasers Property is currently seeking a Business Development Sales Support Professional to join our team in Shell Cove. This is a casual role with regular weekly shifts, working 4 shifts per week between 10.30am – 3.30pm, including weekends.

**About the Role:**

The successful applicant will work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support them in their day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting sales managers in all facets of the sales operation, including meet and greet, phone and email enquiries, and promoting a positive customer journey.
  • Inputting new and potential customer information into the database and actioning all opportunities.
  • Sending sales advices to docuSign and entering sales into the system.
  • Efficiently processing sales cancellations and ensuring all customer variations are sent to sales administrators for approval.
  • Providing market research and analysis of competitors.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A professional personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to liaise effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
  • The ability to take the initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctuality, reliability, ethical behavior, and excellent attention to detail are essential attributes.
  • Intermediate skills within MS Office suite, with experience with SAP highly regarded.

**Salary:** Approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
