- Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries
- Manage client communication and correspondence effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and experience
- Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification
- Proven track record in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience supporting senior team members with large corporates
