Customer Service Opportunity

Provide exceptional service to clients in a scheduled contact centre environment, interacting with them over the phone and via multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients in meeting their tax, superannuation and registration obligations.
  • Processing account activities received through various channels.
  • Applying policies and procedures to inform decision making.
  • Recording outcomes, actions and agreements accurately and maintaining attention to detail.

  • Working as part of a team to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

As a Service Delivery Officer (APS 2), you will work collaboratively to deliver high quality service to clients. This is an entry level role, requiring excellent communication and problem solving skills.
