We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to clients of all backgrounds.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Greeting clients, attending to counter and telephone enquiries
- Covering reception and undertaking general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports
- Liaising extensively with clients, including those with complex needs and multicultural backgrounds
- Performing minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
- Assisting clinicians with clinical services by identifying client needs, offering advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to take ownership of work
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and exposure to mobile technology (Apple and Android applications)
- A desire to work in an organisation that contributes to the greater good and provides rewarding work
