Job Overview:

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients and providers, addressing their inquiries professionally.

  • Meet key performance metrics including productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Process invoices and resolve cases efficiently, striving for first-touch resolution.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) workers screening check required.
  • Working with Children Check WA or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with high service standards.
  • Administrative experience requiring attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
