About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Floor Service Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless front-of-house operations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing outstanding service to all customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in wine and Asian cuisine, while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, respond promptly to queries, and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Front-of-House Operations: Manage table bookings, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including restocking supplies and managing waste disposal.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment, support new initiatives, and contribute to ongoing training and development.
  • Wine and Cuisine Knowledge: Develop your understanding of wine and Asian cuisine through ongoing training and education, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and customers alike.
