At Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH), we are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our vibrant and supportive team. As a Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients and their pets
  • Manage high-volume calls and email inbox, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Coordinate and book appointments, both over the phone and in person
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our clinical team
  • Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments
  • Request results, samples, and documents from third parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume reception or administration-based position
  • Proven ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Display an empathic yet resilient attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Great team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
  • Passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service
