We require an HR Business Partner who can develop and implement strategic HR solutions for workforce challenges. This individual will report to the Human Resources Associate Director and lead HR practices to foster an employee-orientated, high-performance culture.

This role involves:

  1. Coordinating and developing HR solutions for workforce challenges.
  2. Providing strategic and operational advice using HR knowledge.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Business Partner position.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy, engineering, or legal firm environment.
  • The right to work in Australia.
