About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders to deliver on the end-to-end recruitment process across all roles.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for volume recruitment, shortlisting candidates, and utilizing our careers portal and talent network tools to drive greater visibility of career opportunities to existing employees.

The successful candidate will have previous work experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably recruiting frontline roles. They will also possess experience of internal recruitment, including attraction campaigns, best practice interviewing techniques, digital recruitment channels, and assessment centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver on the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Volume recruitment and shortlisting candidates
  • Utilize careers portal and talent network tools to drive greater visibility of career opportunities
  • Support the wider talent team projects and activities where required

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience recruiting frontline roles preferred
  • Experience of internal recruitment, including attraction campaigns, best practice interviewing techniques, digital recruitment channels, and assessment centers
  • Strong customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Commercially minded and able to make sound decisions that benefit the business
  • Data savvy and comfortable with metrics

The successful candidate must be able to pass the Pre-employment medical and reference checks.
