Job Details

This role is a full-time position reporting directly to the Principal, People & Learning. The ideal candidate will have previous advisory experience and a strong understanding of employment legislation.

You'll be responsible for providing advice and managing all employee relations matters in line with Architectus policies and employment legislation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all employee relations matters in line with Architectus policies and employment legislation.
  • Providing guidance on employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant modern awards.
  • Supporting the development of People policies, ensuring compliance with relevant modern awards.
  • Working closely with the Principal, People & Learning and People Partners to deliver the National People Advisory plan.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Previous advisory experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Natural strength in communication, both written and verbal including confidence in presenting information to a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and the ability to navigate modern awards with confidence.
