We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive advice to our clients across the range of employment life cycle issues. This will encompass compliance requirements, recruitment support, performance management, remuneration, culture, workforce planning, learning and development, organisation design, employee relations, mediation, and other services in support of strategic plans and business objectives.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and human resource advice to our clients.
  • Take on people management advisory roles for medical practices and doctors.
  • Contribute to the analysis of human resource needs and recommendations in medical practices.
  • Execute projects in the interests of Avant and its clients.
