The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, with a focus on creating and managing processes that support employee needs. This includes compliance, people policies, tools, co-working spaces, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize our Human Resource Information System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date team member records, data integrity, and privacy.
- Support team members across the organization with HRIS-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure our HRIS supports evolving business needs.
- Assist with ensuring our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations, regularly conducting compliance audits.
- Create, maintain, and update company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documents.
- Be the go-to person for team members who have questions about any of our people policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, conflicts, or grievances, ensuring everyone involved feels seen and heard.
- Partner with your team to resolve issues quickly and fairly and with the utmost discretion to encourage positive outcomes for all parties.
