Job Opportunity

As a Job Coach, you will be working with clients to support their career goals and aspirations. You will build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.

  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Create and nurture relationships with community stakeholders to build our clientele;
  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Ensure our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

This role requires great communication skills, the ability to market our services and clients to local businesses, and experience in customer service or a client-facing role. You must also have a current Driver's Licence and own transport.

Attributes and Experience
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to market our services and clients to local businesses;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
  • Must hold a current Drivers Licence and have own transport.
