As an Empowerment Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with our supported employees in a fast-paced team environment, providing guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training. They will be able to motivate and engage others to meet day-to-day objectives, prioritize workload, multitask, and respond to emergency situations.

\

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will possess well-developed interpersonal skills, including effective communication within a team. Experience in warehousing (supply chain, production, assembly) and/or supported employment environment is highly desirable, as is a rigid truck license and forklift license.
