We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support our Store Manager in leading our team towards success.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who shares our vision of empowering women and creating positive change. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing the team, training and coaching them, and completing a comprehensive 12-week training program to become certified.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager, managing the team, training and coaching team members, and becoming certified. You will also excel in achieving operational functions such as merchandising, loss prevention, and stock processing, while interacting with customers to make them feel comfortable and confident.
