We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate career empowerment specialist to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to overcome career challenges and achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalized action plans.
  • Conducting career assessments and helping clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Using strategic partnerships to create opportunities for participants.
  • Assisting participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Referring participants through training, counseling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
  • Maintaining compliance with organizational requirements.

What We Are Looking For

You should have experience in customer-facing roles or administration, with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize to achieve outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • You must be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • You need to have a valid and current Driver's License.
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia.
