Employment Coach Role

This Employment Coach role offers an exciting opportunity to empower individuals and help them achieve their career goals.

  • As a catalyst for change, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and create personalized action plans.
  • You will conduct career assessments, help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values, and guide them towards their employment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalized action plans.
  • Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Use sales strategies to work collaboratively and network with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
  • Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Refer participants through training, counselling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met.
About You

We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service, client-facing or administrative roles who possess excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities. Interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills, along with the ability to develop relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders, are essential for this role. A valid and current driver's license is also required.
