We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as Dispute Resolutions Team Lead.

About the Role

As a key member of our EDR and external complaints team, you will manage a team of specialists who resolve AFCA and FDRS complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, ensuring that customer-centric experiences are delivered through performance monitoring and process improvement. You will also provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints and engage with external complaint and regulatory bodies to promote a fair and transparent resolution process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence in complaint handling
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in dispute resolution
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and improve processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in dispute resolution, financial services, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Knowledge of AU regulations and industry standards in complaint handling
