A Key Role in Claims Governance

AIG Australia is a leading provider of insurance products and services, with a strong focus on Claims Governance. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our Claims Governance framework, ensuring it is robust, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Maintaining and updating the Claims Governance framework to reflect changes in regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that all Claims processes and procedures are compliant with the framework
  • Working closely with Claims Managers and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve Claims efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Experience in Claims Governance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
