Spiritual Care Providers

We are seeking experienced spiritual care providers to contribute to the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of patients, families, and carers.

  • Assess, develop, and provide personalized care plans in response to identified spiritual needs within routine scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and concise records in accordance with organizational guidelines for data collection and documentation in medical records.
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, families, and carers, addressing their needs and respecting diverse beliefs, culture, and values.

Requirements:

  • At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent qualification.
  • Recent experience in hospital-based spiritual care.
  • Demonstrated ability to practice within scope of spiritual care role.
  • Demonstrated sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
