Social Intervention Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering early intervention programs and making a positive impact in the lives of families and children?
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to vulnerable families, children, and youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives and outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in case management or community-based support.
- Knowledge of TEI program objectives and outcomes framework.
- Ability to work effectively in a regional or rural setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient in using client management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working in regional or rural communities.
- Knowledge of local services in the region.
- Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
