Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive early intervention services to children and their families.

Your expertise will help identify goals and areas of need, ensuring that each family receives tailored support and therapy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to pinpoint key areas for development.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, focusing on functional routines and outcomes.
  • Maintain close collaboration with families, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Regularly review progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Support inclusion in community activities, promoting social participation and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
  • Excellent counselling skills and knowledge of therapeutic interventions for children and young people.
  • Experience in completing risk assessments and mental health evaluations is desirable.
