The Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Member Engagement Team. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

This position requires managing and growing strategic partnerships through:

  • Growing transactions and revenue over the medium and long term.
  • Coordinating and growing commercial partnerships to support business objectives and AP+ goals.
  • Partner engagement involves collaborating with them to understand their strategy, needs, and driving alignment against these needs.
  • Acting as an internal advocate for assigned partners to drive internal alignment for best outcomes.
  • Facilitating relationships between individuals and teams within AP+ and partner organizations as needed.
  • Escalating partner-issued problems and working internally to resolve them.
  • Developing strategic partnership plans in collaboration with other AP+ departments.
  • Promoting AP+ products and creating value propositions to drive adoption.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements that meet both AP+ and partner requirements.
