About the Role

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will spearhead initiatives to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances that align with our growth objectives. You will collaborate across teams to enhance our platform's offerings, expand market presence, and foster mutually beneficial partnerships delivering measurable impact.

What success looks like

  1. Cultivate and strengthen high-value relationships with industry-leading suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders to grow our ecosystem and deliver measurable value.
  2. Drive customer and revenue growth by leveraging partnerships and implementing targeted advertising strategies to accelerate growth into existing and emerging markets.
  3. Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate partner solutions enhancing the customer experience, fuelling innovation, and unlocking new revenue streams.
  4. Work cross-functionally to execute strategic partnerships, manage long-term relationships, and develop advertising initiatives amplifying reach and measurable outcomes.
  5. Leverage insights and analytics to evaluate, refine, and optimise partnership performance and advertising strategies, driving continuous improvement and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, delivering measurable results and fostering long-term relationships in high-growth environments.
  • Align client objectives with platform capabilities, identifying opportunities to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop tailored strategies to maximise client success on digital platforms, ensuring engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions enhancing the client experience.
