Document Coordinator Role Summary
">As a highly skilled Document Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of project documentation.
">In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date document control registers, coordinating vendor documentation, and supervising the flow of documents to and from various stakeholders.

- Maintaining project-related document control registers">
- Planning and supervising document flow to ensure timely delivery">
- Coordinating vendor documentation and drawing control">
- Auditing document control registers and systems">
- Ensuring drawings and documents are registered with correct revision and details">
- Issuing project documentation to internal and external stakeholders">
- Providing document control support to engineering teams">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- At least five years' experience in document control within an engineering project office">
- Strong skills in vendor data and revision control">
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc)">
- Experience with Aconex">
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask">
- Good initiative and ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure">
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team">
- Fluent written and spoken English">
