**Document Refinement Specialist Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Document Refiner to join our organization. As a key member of our Content Team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality client documents, performing advanced word processing and document formatting tasks, and other related assignments using refined Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Format reports and presentations for print and on-screen presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Format reports, letters, and tables in Microsoft Office.
  • Create and format diagrams, charts, graphs, and tables in Microsoft Office.
  • Finalize mail merges in Microsoft Word.
  • Edit and finalize Adobe Acrobat PDFs to merge, split, and secure documents.
  • Check documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format before finalization.
  • Download images from online libraries.
  • Provide assistance with staff queries on general formatting and word processing.
  • Update team procedures.

Requirements:

  • Expert Microsoft Office Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Able to recreate diagrams, tables, and charts from scanned images or hand-drawn layouts.
  • Fast accurate typing, spelling, and grammar.
  • Good understanding of adhering to branding guidelines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
