Job Role:

Panel Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Panel Team Leader and Managers across a regional portfolio.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders on day-to-day matters via phone, email, and meetings as required.
  • Ensure contract financial administration and tracking is carried out within policies and specific project budgets.
  • Liaise with Managers and Panels to coordinate internal communication activities and maintain effective liaison with business groups and panel members.
  • Collate Panel Meeting agenda items and agenda papers and distribute to relevant individuals prior to meetings.
  • Attend meetings and provide accurate minute-taking for all panel meetings, ensuring key discussions, decisions, and actions are captured and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Write up Outcome papers from each panel round and submit for approval and distribute to the business.
  • Organize and coordinate Panel meetings and the annual Spring Tour as necessary, including booking of travel for Panel members.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills (verbal and written), be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate ability to take comprehensive minutes during meetings. They should also have excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a high degree of resilience. Additionally, they must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Conditions:

The position requires preparedness to travel as and when required and possession of a valid Australian Drivers Licence. The role is open to Australian citizens only.
