**Leadership Opportunity - Regional Store Portfolio Manager**

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Leader to spearhead a portfolio of 10 stores in Perth’s southern suburbs. This is a fantastic chance to join a fast-growing brand and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams, developing store retail leaders, and driving results through effective coaching and execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Store Retail Leaders and Sales Professionals to achieve sales budgets and control costs.
  • Drive profitability through training and store execution, while encouraging a high-performance culture within your area.
  • Recruit, train, and create career paths for your team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive retail metrics and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Strong team coaching, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and initiative-focused approach.
  • Experience in driving retail metrics to achieve targets.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and energetic leader with impeccable grooming and presentation.
