Job Title:

Regional Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Regional Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to the Panel Support Team Leader and Managers across a regional portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Panel Support Team: Provide administrative support to the Panel Support Team Leader and Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure contract financial administration is carried out in accordance with relevant policies and allocated project budget.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Showcase exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
