Job Title: Regional Liaison Coordinator

The Regional Liaison Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Panel Support Team Leader and Managers across a regional portfolio.

Liaise with stakeholders on day-to-day matters via phone, email, and meetings as required. Ensure contract financial administration and tracking are carried out within relevant policies and project requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously, excellent organizational skills with multitasking and re-prioritization abilities, demonstrated ability in influencing positive outcomes, previous experience in managing client issues/relationships, high degree of resilience, confidentiality and discretion.

This role requires willingness to travel as required, Australian Citizenship, and valid Australian Driver's License if deemed necessary.
