As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of RAC's projects and initiatives. Working within the Assurance, Integration & Change team, you'll provide high-quality assurance, coordinationLeading the development and improvement of project and portfolio management processes, including benefits, risks, issues and dependency management.governance, monitoring and evaluation requirements.Significant experience in portfolio coordination and stakeholder engagement across enterprise projects or initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to prepare accurate reports and governance documentationHigh attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, with additional certifications in process improvement (Lean, Kaizen, TQM) highly regarded.Ability to adapt in dynamic environments, apply critical thinking, balance competing priorities, and build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
