Senior IT Leadership Role

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving comprehensive end-to-end solutions for the organization, serving as the backbone of its digital transformation.

About the Position

This senior leadership role is a key member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for ensuring the performance and development of Chapters within your designated area. You will support Tribe and organizational leadership in decision-making through your strategic vision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Development: Lead and develop Chapter Leads, guiding career direction, performance evaluation, and talent management.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic direction and market perspectives to the Senior Management Team, supporting Tribe leadership in prioritizing initiatives and creating action plans.
  • Agile Delivery: Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) to optimize workflows and foster cross-team collaboration for efficient project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Ensure technical consistency and high product quality through solution design, systems architecture, and quality management practices, including test automation, TDD, and BDD.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a reference for resolving complex problems and lead the continual improvement of best practices and capability development.
  • Communication: Collaborate with strategic partners and stakeholders, supporting the design of onshore/offshore and internal/external chapters.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Enable and facilitate collaboration across the SMT and organization.
  • Provide strategic guidance, support, and alignment on standards to drive excellence within respective chapters.
  • Ensure visibility of capability hotspots and strategies to align evolving capability expectations, demands, and needs of chapter members and organization.
  • Ensure capability alignment to organizational needs.
  • Align emerging and evolving best practices relevant to Chapter Area.
Requirements:
  • Seasoned IT professional with a passion for people development and a deep understanding of Agile delivery.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, guiding career direction, performance evaluation, and talent management.
