Strategic Leadership Role: Graduate Research School

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the strategic direction of our Graduate Research School. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders across faculties, schools, and professional units to support Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to embed innovative systems, streamline operations, and ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing high-performing teams, with expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends.

Key qualifications include:

  • A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams with a client-first mindset.
  • Expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
