Senior Advisory Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisory Professional to play a key role in advising clients on workflows across service lines and guiding them through interdependencies and design decisions impacts.

You will work closely with clients to create strategic plans that drive value achievement across service lines and identify workflow and process improvements. Your recommendations will be crucial in both client and project leadership decision-making processes.

Driving cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders is another essential aspect of your role. You will identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies, and client relationship strategies that align with our organizational placement.

Supporting and coaching internal team members, driving internal initiatives, and acting as an advisor for complex sales opportunities are also critical responsibilities within this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 4 years related work experience, plus 2 years completed higher education or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including 1 year in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Cerner Millennium Care Delivery (PowerChart) solution, nursing background, experience with care delivery workflows, and allied health experience.

This is an intermediate consulting position requiring approximately 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus, communication skills, and ability to travel as needed are essential qualities for success in this role.
