About This Role

The Business Development Manager position is pivotal to driving company growth, with a strong emphasis on expanding market presence in lower-tier new construction and upgrade projects.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering results that contribute directly to success.

  • Drive business through strategic partnerships with contractors, working in tandem with the NSW Wholesale team. Review project opportunities, quotations, and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client solutions, craft compelling proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide insightful reporting to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to overall team success by supporting broader business activities as needed.
  • Up hold and promote quality and environmental policies in all job functions contributing to efficacy and advancement of our QMS/EMS.
  • Contribute to quality and environmental standards (ISO9001 & ISO14001)
