Regional Business Expansion Manager

This role requires a seasoned leader to spearhead the international expansion of our business. You will leverage your strategic acumen and leadership skills to scale new ventures, supporting direct reports in prospect meetings and collaborating with corporate resources as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative approaches to driving business growth through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Data Science, Growth, and Ops teams.
- Establish high-performing sales teams by prioritizing and handling inbound leads and customer expansion opportunities on high-velocity cycles.
- Lead ongoing mentoring and development of sales teams, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new members.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for establishing a team that drives revenue growth and contributes to the company's overall success.
Requirements:- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
