Job Title:

Business Growth Strategist


About the Role:
  • Develop and implement targeted business growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Maximise existing client relationships, particularly in Bulk CO2 / Dry Ice sales, while promoting complementary products.
  • Ensure seamless contract management and renewal of Service and Supply agreements.
  • Establish innovative business development approaches to drive growth.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, company policies, and procedures for new bulk/dry ice installations.
  • Provide expert technical support to internal staff and customers.
  • Offer assistance with delivery support as required.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in selling and account management.
  • Ability to effectively convert business through cold calling techniques.
  • Technical knowledge of Bulk Cryogenic Liquids (e.g. CO2, LIN, LOX) is advantageous but not essential.
  • High level of customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Positive team player with a strong work ethic.
