About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Consumer Sales Field team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for promoting and developing our consumer brands and products across all categories to key customer accounts within our Grocery Channels.
As a Sales Representative, you'll work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement successful customer-specific business plans, ensuring targets are met for all product categories. You'll also be responsible for building trust with key customers, analyzing store sales results, and establishing and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-specific business plans to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze store sales results to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic sales plans.
- Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of digital tools.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
About You:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the FMCG industry. You'll have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
