Job Title: Centre Operations Support Lead

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Centre Operations Support Lead. This position will play a crucial part in the day-to-day management of centre operations.

This leadership role is integral to our team and involves working across all areas of the centre, supporting colleagues with breaks and allocated time off the floor to assist the Centre Manager with compliance and operational tasks.

  • Supports the Centre Manager with daily compliance and operational duties.
  • Works across all areas of the centre.
  • Assists with breaks and allocated time off the floor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma or advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • An Employee Working With Children's Check.
  • Regulatory approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Child Protection training.
  • Red Nose and Food safety training (willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in a similar role or leadership position.
