Key Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious retail professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing multiple centres and managing a team of Centre Managers in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply centre management experience across multiple retail assets.
  • Mentor and develop Centre Managers, sharing knowledge gained in the field.
  • Contribute to budget and business planning at portfolio level, building on centre-based financial expertise.
  • Represent the organisation at client meetings and become the key relationship manager for major retail clients.
  • Drive performance across multiple assets using operational insights developed.
  • Lead new business presentations, with hands-on experience invaluable in winning new mandates.
  • Manage compliance and risk across the portfolio, applying practical knowledge at scale.
  • Provide strategic market advice to clients based on deep understanding of retail operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Centre Manager experience with strong operational and financial results.
  • Leadership potential, having mentored junior staff and ready to lead managers.
  • Strong client relationship skills developed through day-to-day centre operations.
  • Practical problem-solving abilities honed through managing real estate challenges.
  • Financial acumen from preparing centre budgets and managing operational costs.
  • Market knowledge of Melbourne's retail landscape.
  • Agent's Representative licence (essential).
