Centre Operations Lead

The Senior Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in managing a dynamic retail environment. This fast-paced position focuses on operational and stakeholder management, driving business results and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and contractor performance to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services to uphold high standards.
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure lease obligations and compliance are met, minimizing risk and liability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders through effective communication.
- Guide maintenance and capital works planning to optimize asset value and performance.
- A solid understanding of operational property management, preferably in retail environments.
- Proven leadership experience in managing contractors, budgets, and building services.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships, driving collaboration and growth.
- The ability to problem-solve and thrive in a high-traffic environment, remaining calm under pressure.
- Financial acumen with exposure to OPEX, CAPEX, and reporting cycles, enabling informed decision-making.
