Data Centre Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data centre operations and be able to lead a team of technicians in delivering excellent service to our customers.
- Key responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning trouble tickets, guiding and training data operations technicians, managing mid-size projects, recommending policies and procedures, and maintaining the on-call schedule.
- Maintaining a diverse team of data technicians with varying skills is essential to meeting our operational objectives.
- A strong focus on safety and security is crucial, as well as ensuring adherence to local Health & Safety standards.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our customers. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels and improving all processes and procedures.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.
