Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in the success of our centre.
About the RoleThe Centre Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of centre operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This includes mentoring and coaching educators in their practice and supporting them to achieve their career goals.
Main Responsibilities- Leading the team in implementing centre operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Mentoring and coaching educators to develop their skills and knowledge;
- Collaborating with the centre director to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families;
- A Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
- Significant experience in leading teams and implementing centre operations;
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to apply them in practice;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
