  • Administration and diary management.
  • Water chemistry testing and treatment.
  • Customer feedback and enquiries response.
  • Facilities and services maintenance.
  • Marketing for the centre.
  • Dress standards enforcement.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Weekly stocktake.
  • Cleanliness and presentation of facilities.
  • Float room and infrared sauna cleaning.
  • Health fund receipting.
  • Clinical documentation compliance.
  • New staff inductions and recruitment.
  • Performance reviews.
