Job Description

This role involves leading daily centre operations, fostering a positive and inclusive culture among Educators and Teachers. The ideal candidate will excel in inspiring and supporting staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective centre operations, prioritising staffing, policies, and procedures.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment that values diversity and teamwork.
  • Create engaging activities for children's holistic development, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership roles.
  • Possess a current Working with Children Check.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
