About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Consumer Insights Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our insights team, you will play a leading role in projects covering both brand and product research across the Australian & New Zealand market.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide actionable insights that help inform and guide various initiatives across the business. This will involve collaborating with our Director of Insights, EMEA & ANZ, to design and manage the execution of custom consumer research studies, including issues identification, study design, vendor briefing, and analysis.

You will also be responsible for managing multiple teams of research vendors, ensuring quality control, and report delivery. Additionally, you will identify and closely monitor consumer trends from within and outside the category, presenting thoughtful insights to Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience in consumer insights or market research. You should possess strong analytical skills, creativity in suggesting innovative research solutions, and excellent communication skills.
