Role Overview:
The Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making and providing actionable insights to support business initiatives across the organisation.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Oversee the measurement and tracking of brand performance metrics via brand tracking, campaign evaluation, and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage established Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, exit surveys, etc. Socialise results and next steps internally, track success of changes implemented as a result of feedback.
  • Project management of work completed by research partners as well as conducting in-house market research, including surveys and competitor analysis, to understand consumer preferences, needs, and market trends to answer inform business objectives and strategies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 5+ years research and insights experience from client or supplier side.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or consumer insights
  • Experience using Survey Monkey, Google Analytics 4, a plus if you have experience with Ask Nicely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
