About the RoleWe seek a detail-driven Business Intelligence Specialist to collaborate with our Operational Efficiency Team and leverage data visualization tools to inform impactful business decisions.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to track performance metrics at service and organizational levels
- Analyse complex datasets encompassing enrolment, workforce, revenue, and utilisation metrics
- Present key findings and recommendations to operational leaders
- Ensure data integrity through thorough validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes
- Support strategic initiatives with advanced data modelling, outcomes measurement, and scenario analysis
- At least 2 years' experience in an analytical or reporting capacity
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and database management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong data quality practices
- Able to distill complex data insights into compelling visual narratives
- Experience within the early childhood sector is highly desirable
- Creation of reliable dashboards and reports trusted by service leaders
- Identification of trends and gaps leading to improved outcomes for children and families
- Significant contributions to strategic and operational initiatives
